Nos encantó este hotel por varias razones. Primero, el personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The decor was fine, giving the whole place a wow factor. The bedrooms were beautifully designed and had all the amenities I needed. I loved the little touches, like having breakfast delivered to my room and having Netflix available for entertainment. The staff were really good and made me feel welcomed. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city's vibrant Northern Quarter, close to great bars and restaurants. it was a wonderful experience.

Delicious and astonishing breakfasts with a hot drink of our choice, enjoyed it. The service was amazing, including efficient staff and a cosy bar. Didn't need to pay for wake up calls and ironing, good bonus too.

Some rooms were small, and the shower pressure was low, making the water temperature less enjoyable. It was also noisy in the front-facing rooms due to the city's hustle and bustle.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring all my needs were met. The complimentary breakfast, with its healthy options, was a great start to the day. the hotel offered great service and a lovely atmosphere.

The room size was a bit small and lacked storage space, which made it difficult to unpack and keep the room organized.

Fab place for a short stay. Unique accommodation, brilliant staff, best possible location close to city centre in the northern quarter. The continental breakfast was tasty with plenty of food. Really enjoyed their free wifi.

I was there before and will be back. The hotel was a suitable place for enjoying a lovely area, close enough to the Northern Quarter where all the best stuff is happening, the trafford centre, great NQ pubs & shops.

Had an amazing Xmas stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including straighteners and tongs in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and cute, and the location was perfect, close to key attractions and transport links. We really enjoyed the free extras like the complimentary glass of Prosecco and the milk and cookies in the evening. The continental breakfast was a nice touch and the coffee was really good.
